I guess that makes sense then, cause in qBittorrent, changing files in a 100% completed torrent to 'skip' wouldn't delete them, even though the option to change priority was still there. Once the incomplete file was done downloading though, I stopped being able to change the file priorities. And I was still able to change the file priorities. I could change the incomplete file to skip and it would successfully mark the torrent as finished after a couple seconds. After it finished checking, it started downloading the missing pieces from the file I deleted, and I was able to change the file priorities.
